Blueprinting dreams, building realities

The Ringwood Project is a feasibility study exploring a six-storey mixed-use development on an 860 sqm site near Austin Health. Designed to integrate NDIS services with residential living, the proposal includes a clinic with consulting suites and medium-term, High Physical Support (HPS) 2-bedroom apartments. 2 Define 'leveraged' the site's constraints to incorporate a lower-ground car park while activating the street frontage with retail. The upper levels feature fully HPS-compliant apartments, maximising both community benefit and site potential.
Sunshine Estate is a feasibility study for a residential complex with 80 houses, small retail and a childcare centre.
It is developed on a linear structure, comprising 3 housing typologies.
On a narrow site, with a neighbourhood heritage overlay on the site, the client wanted to bring this urban gem to current living standards while adding another bedroom, converting the street-facing sitting room to a 2nd bedroom and adding a bathroom, an en-suite, a WIR and an open-space kitchen and living area in direct communication with the external courtyard.
The results embed new and old, indoor and outdoor space in a harmonious result.
Chertz Houses came about as a duplex investment project. 2Define took it on from early stages and provided consultation, 3D renders and town planning drawings for the desired development.
