Alex has over 16 years’ experience in architecture project coordination and optimisation, project management, design documentation and drafting .
His lively and optimistic nature is boosted by the diverse skillset, having worked on residential, commercial, healthcare( NDIS), mixed use and industrial projects, in Australia, Europe and Middle East, in all stages of a project.
He`s .
Passionate about innovation, sustainability, technology and efficiency in design, he uses his wealth of knowledge in concept, design development , documentation and contract administration to surpass expectations.
His attention to detail, passion for architecture and communication skills allows Alex to consistently deliver outstanding outcomes for his clients.
He sees each project as a unique opportunity to express creativity and add value.
Alex is a Victorian registered Architect.
Melania began her career as an architect and has spent over 18 years working in a variety of architectural environments, taking on projects in small residential, townhouses and extensions; large residential , mixed-use; retail; industrial; healthcare; education; and public/council-owned buildings, in all stages.
Her desire to do more, develop and evolve has seen her adventuring to switching careers to become a project manager, where she applies the knowledge gathered in her professional life.
Melania is a pragmatist that believes in the fine communication and negotiation between clients, budgets, timelines and external influences, to deliver the
best possible outcome over and over
again.
Melania is a Victorian and national winner of the 2023 Australian Project Management Institute Award for Transformation Projects and a PRINCE2 certificate holder.
